• ( Per 500 above 2,000 limit: + $15 ea. )

Note: Client Should provide emails, such as: subscribe [@] mydomain.com (for subscribe / unsubscribe requests in accordance with the Anti-SPAM laws and used for sending the mailings.)

• We track “bounced” emails for you via our software.
• All mailings will have the required anti-SPAM disclaimer requirements in the footer.
• Our templates are designed in such a fashion as to maximize deliverability to recipient inboxes (SPAM filter circumnavigation) and to succeed in delivery with consistent presentation in popular email clients and webmail environments.

E-Mail List Formatting

Clients will provide their lists in comma separated format (csv) or in an Excel format, 2 columns: Column 1 "Email" (required) and Column 2 (optional) "Name".

Personalization of Email Messages

Mailings can be personalized, where the recipient's name appears in both the "To:" field and within the body of the message, if the mailing list includes a name column. Turn-around time on most blasts is within 24 hours of notice. We can format your text-based list to the required csv structure and clean up the list (remove duplicates or non-standard addresses) for $8.
